Policy Terms and conditions
· Credit Card Information: A credit card may be requested at time of booking. Reservations that require a credit card may be subject to one-day rental charge if the rental is not cancelled at least 6 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
· Renter Requirements: Renter must be at least 25 years of age with a credit card in their own name. No additional renter or underage surcharges apply for corporate client.

· Resident License Requirements: For those who have a resident Visa in UAE, a UAE driving license is a MUST.
· Non-Resident License Requirements: To drive in UAE, non- residents must hold a valid drivers license from resident country for a least 1 yr. License must be accompanied by Int'l Drivers License or Gulf Cooperation Council license.
· License Specifications: International Driving License must be valid and legible, with particulars in English. Other languages will require customer to visit their respective consulates for English translation.
· Int'l Drivers License Information: If the customer does not have an International Drivers License, customer will be required to go to the nearest traffic department to get a temporary UAE driving license in order to rent a car.
· Driving: Driving is on the right side of the road.

· Oman Travel Requirements: Driving into Oman is not permitted at this time..
· Other Territorial Restrictions: Vehicles may not be driven into Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Yemen.
· Booking Requirements: Reservations must be booked no less than 24 hours prior to the schedule pickup time for the reservation.
· Any changes to the reservation or rental may result in a change of rate or additional fees.
· Rate Coverage’s: Theft Protection and Third Party Liability are included in rental rates. Local tax not applicable.
· Fuel Requirements: Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a locally determined refueling charge.
· Required Fees: Airport Access Fee (APO) is currently AED 75.00 per rental.
· Toll Requirements: Vehicles may include equipment for pre-payment of toll taxes where applicable. Any accrued toll taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and added to rental charges at/after the conclusion of the rental.
· Accident/Damage Claim: A police report is mandatory for every accident/damage claim as per UAE law and is subject to UAE court verdict.
· Loss Damage Waiver (non-SUV's): is not offered. Vehicles taken into the desert and damaged raises responsibility to the full value of vehicle.
· Loss Damage Waiver (SUV's): LDW not offered on SUVs. Damage responsibility for those vehicles is AED 2500.00. Exception: Vehicles taken into the desert and damaged raises responsibility to the full value of the vehicle.
· Personal Accident Insurance: Optional Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is not offered.
· Delivery Service (Subject to Availability): Customer may contact location, at least 24hours ahead of pickup time, to request delivery of rental vehicle to a non-Discount location for a fee of AED 75-150, depending on delivery location.
Payment Method
Your rates include all risk insurance with a 350$ deductible deposit. Either a major credit card is mandatory as a guaranteed deposit or a cash deposit.
Payment might be with a GPRS wireless credit card, this may happen if the delivery is out of our offices.
All our rates are in US dollars. Any payment made in other convertible currencies is computed according to current exchange rates.

To make your rental process fast and simple, kindly present the following documents at the pick-up:

. Valid driving license (International Driving License for the Non UAE residents)

Airport Service
Discount Car Dubai provides airport pickup and drop-off services.
Airport picks up and drop is free of charge.

Pickup / Drop-off Services
Client may pick up and drop off his car from and to our offices between 9:00AM to 8:00 PM
Discount Rent a car provides pickup / drop-off services, to hotels or any other place designated by the clients.
Different address pick up and drop-off will be charged with a minimum of 10 to 30$.

Discount Rent Car additional services
. Chauffeurs are available upon request per 8 hours period (Minimum of 8hrs at 30$ per day).
. Mobile phones are available upon request.

Readily available delivery/collection
Free of charge within working hours. An extra charge of 20$ will be charged for after office hours delivery.
Fuel
Rates do not include fuel.

Immediate car replacement
Immediate replacement of the car in case of accident or breakdown.
Based on availability, customers will always receive the latest models noting that all the cars are equipped with AM/FM radio and air conditioners.
